The POSH Act 2013 is a statutory requirement — not a box to tick with a generic online module. Purclive's POSH training is delivered by a She-Box approved, Maharashtra Government panel-listed, TUV-SUD certified trainer. That combination is rare and matters legally: training must be delivered by a qualified person to satisfy Section 19(c) of the Act.
Four programme formats cover every organisational need — from a 3-hour annual awareness session for all employees to a full Train the Trainer certification for HR professionals who want to build internal delivery capability.

Dr. Vivek S. is a trained psychotherapist — not a coach who has added therapy to a service menu. The work is grounded in Gestalt psychology, which focuses on present experience, personal responsibility, and the patterns that form between people and within them over time.
Sessions are available for individuals and couples, online and in-person. The scope is broad: burnout, anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, identity questions, and the quieter struggles that don't always have a name. Confidentiality is absolute. The approach is direct, warm, and honest.
