Refund Policy for PURCLive India Private Limited:

  • We strive to ensure complete satisfaction of our clients with our training and holistic wellness services. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a refund under the following circumstances:
  • If you have made a payment for our services and then decide not to avail of them, you are entitled to a full refund provided you cancel your booking at least 36 hours before the scheduled date and time of the service. In case of cancellations for a ‘same day appointment’, no refund will be provided.
  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, you can request a refund within 7 days of completion of the service. We will review your request and if we find it to be valid, we will issue a refund.
  • In case of cancellation of a service due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or other uncontrollable events, we will refund the full amount paid by you for the service.
  • To request a refund, please contact us at info@purclive.in within the stipulated time frame mentioned above. We may require additional information from you to process your refund request.
  • Please note that the refund will be made through the same payment method used for the original transaction. The processing time for the refund may vary depending on the payment method and bank involved.
  • We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
